What does this mean?

This tool converts your salary into another month's peso terms using the , then combines that with a sector median benchmark so you can see both inflation pressure and market positioning at once.

The negotiation target is intentionally conservative: it uses the higher of what inflation requires and what the sector median suggests, so the number remains defensible in a real salary conversation.
